About the role
- Experience Analyst serving as Product Owner for Real Estate Lending overseeing product enhancements. Planning and directing activities to ensure development and delivery of effective solutions to business requirements
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Product Owner for Real Estate Lending overseeing new product and feature enhancements
- Plan and direct activities to ensure timely development and delivery of reliable and efficient solutions to business requirements
- Develop acceptance criteria to validate that the resulting product meets customer requirements
- Coordinate dependencies with other POs
- Communicate with stakeholders, including leadership and customers
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing by validating the Definition of Done
- Write product requirements/Epics/user stories in ADO and ensure story Readiness and Acceptance Criteria
- Manage, adjust for risk, and prioritize product backlog
- Lead backlog refinement to deconstruct, refine and estimate stories
- Be available for the team in all Scrum ceremonies meetings
- Handle production and implementation issues timely and drive rapid delivery
- Provide coaching to team members who are new to Scrum and Agile practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management or related fields or the equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
- 3+ years of experience functioning in a fast-paced Product Owner or similar role
- Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner Product Manager (POPM) or equivalent PO certification
- Working knowledge of analytics, user experience design and business impact
- Business acumen with ability to leverage expertise with credibility and impact
- Experience analyzing user experience and cost, to size impact and opportunities
- Strong multi-tasking and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization
- Continuous learning with respect to current trends, practices, regulations, and technology in the financial services industry
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Maintain skills up to date with industry standards
- Demonstrated experience implementing and executing Agile principles with strong digital and technical skills
- Agile software development lifecycle knowledge
- Knowledge of credit union operations/processes and procedures
