About the role

Responsibilities
- Planning and executing data migrations between different platforms.
- Designing and implementing ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) for structured and unstructured data.
- Analyzing existing legacy systems and their data models at the client site.
- Close collaboration with the client regarding approach, data model and advisory services.
- Analyzing current business processes and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Supporting the rollout of new systems, reports and technologies.
- Creating technical documentation and migration concepts.
- Conducting tests and validations to ensure data quality.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in data modeling, data migration and ETL processes.
- Solid knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, SSIS).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., OpenShift, Azure, AWS) is an advantage.
- Analytical thinking, a structured working style and strong problem-solving skills.
