About the role

Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts related to funds and financial transactions;
- Draft instruments such as guarantees, acknowledgments of debt and financial agreements;
- Analyze legal risks and propose solutions that protect the association’s interests;
- Support internal teams in the interpretation and execution of contractual clauses;
- Develop and standardize contract templates when necessary;
- Take part in strategic discussions related to contracts and fund operations.
Requirements
- Law degree with active registration/licensure with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Proven experience of at least 10 years since qualification;
- Strong experience with complex contracts, preferably in financial institutions or funds;
- Proactive professional with a practical, results-oriented approach;
- Clear communicator and team player;
- Interest in handling complex requests and processes;
- Strong analytical reasoning and a taste for challenges;
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to interact effectively with different departments and hierarchical levels;
- Advanced English is a plus.
