Responsibilities
Support client onboarding by providing product information, coordinating orders, and managing billing and reporting processes
Analyze and track licensing requirements for Index products, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Maintain database integrity and reconcile customer fees with accuracy and attention to detail
Create reports and insights to support internal teams and improve customer experience
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
0-2 years of experience in an analyst or customer-facing role
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Interest in capital markets or fintech
