Content Creator producing social channel content for a Health and Beauty provider. Engaging the community and reporting on channel performance for strategic growth.
Responsibilities
Create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging, on-brand content that brings the strategy to life.
Build and nurture an active beauty community through comments, DMs, stories, and daily interaction.
Lead and support Own Brand beauty content with a customer-first, educational approach.
Track channel KPIs and deliver monthly performance insights and recommendations.
Work closely with the marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver content aligned to campaigns, events, and commercial priorities.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience working with an agency or brand with responsibility for planning and delivering social campaigns
Strong a passion for health and beauty
Experience working with FMCG, beauty or retailers
Able to write engaging content suitable for social channels
Strong understanding of Photoshop, Canva and other image or photography editing software to amend visuals.
Experience working with influencers of all levels on campaigns
Very detail orientated with excellent organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within and across departments
Strong understanding of all social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest YouTube and Twitter.
Ability to work weekends and out of usual office hours (time in lieu provided).
Able to travel to Croydon minimum 2 days a week
