Responsibilities

  • **What You Will Do****Content Creation & Execution**
  • Create high-performing TikTok content designed to drive GMV
  • Film, edit and deliver content across:
  • TikTok organic
  • TikTok Shop
  • Paid ads (Spark Ads / whitelisting)
  • Produce content at volume without compromising quality
  • Stay on top of trends and adapt them into commercial content
  • **Performance-Led Content**
  • Create content with a clear objective:
  • Drive clicks
  • Increase conversion
  • Push specific SKUs or bundles
  • Understand what makes content convert, not just go viral
  • Test hooks, formats and angles continuously
  • Iterate based on performance data
  • **TikTok Shop & Product Focus**
  • Create content that showcases products clearly and effectively
  • Build strong product storytelling through:
  • Demonstrations
  • Before & after
  • Problem / solution
  • Align content with:
  • Promotions
  • Bundles
  • Campaign moments
  • Support key trading periods with high-output content
  • **Collaboration & Campaigns**
  • Work closely with:
  • Account Managers
  • Live teams
  • Affiliate teams
  • Support campaign shoots, brand days and key activations
  • Take creative direction and turn it into strong execution
  • Contribute ideas for new content formats and campaigns
  • **Editing & Creative Quality**
  • Edit content natively for TikTok
  • Ensure strong:
  • Hooks in first 3 seconds
  • Pacing and retention
  • On-screen text and captions
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting to platform trends

Requirements

  • **Essential**
  • Proven experience creating content for TikTok (personal or brand)
  • Strong understanding of what performs on TikTok
  • Confident filming and editing content independently
  • Ability to create high volumes of content consistently
  • Commercial awareness, understanding that content needs to sell
  • Strong attention to detail and creative instinct
  • **Desirable**
  • Experience with TikTok Shop or e-commerce brands
  • Experience creating paid ad content
  • Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG
  • On-camera confidence and ability to present
