About the role
- Junior Web Developer supporting MarTech team to develop internal tools and integrate applications for Mytheresa in Barcelona. Collaborating with cross-functional teams while following best practices in code quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop internal tools using React JS / Next JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Integrate front end applications with internal and external APIs
- Support the implementation of marketing tools, tracking solutions, and customer facing feature
- Collaborate with marketers, analysts, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Assist with debugging, testing, and optimizing applications for performance and reliability
- Contribute to documentation and follow best practices in code quality and version control
- Stay up to date with new technologies and trends in MarTech and web development
Requirements
- Experience with React JS
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, knowledge of SQL and working with data is a plus
- Familiarity with working with APIs and JSON data, exposure to Python is a plus
- Understanding of fundamental web development concepts and responsive design, understanding of digital marketing concepts such as analytics, tagging, campaigns, or customer journeys is a plus
- Experience with marketing or analytics platforms is a plus
- Willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
