My Mental Wellness is a nonprofit clinic that provides free faith-based therapy and counseling services to the metro Detroit community.
Our vision is a three-step process towards healing: prevention, education, and recovery.
We have on-site therapists at the Islamic Center of Detroit and provide services and counseling in English, Arabic, and Urdu.
