About the role

Responsibilities
- Elicitation of customer requirements as well as design and optimization of processes
- Support of customers' SAP HCM solutions with a focus on payroll and time management
- Implementation of new functional and legal requirements through appropriate customizing/configuration
- Advising and supporting business units in process optimization of the SAP HCM system landscape
- Ensuring cost-effective project delivery
- Supporting customers in ongoing operations as part of 2nd-level support
Requirements
- Degree in (Business) Informatics/Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of consulting and/or project experience in the design and implementation of SAP HCM solutions
- Quick comprehension, strong teamwork skills, reliability, and flexibility
- Independent working style and commitment, as well as confident presence and strong communication skills
- Fluent German language skills
