About the role
- Senior Engineer for AI Adoption developing scalable production systems and maintaining AWS and Terraform. Collaborating in a hybrid team environment to deliver impactful tech solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect for Scale: Transition MVP into robust, scalable production system and design AWS workloads
- Infrastructure as an Accelerator: Build and maintain Terraform modules and CI/CD pipelines for frictionless shipping
- Ship End-to-End: Tweak AWS IAM policies, optimize backend, and refine React components
- Product Partner: Influence product decisions through technical trade-offs for customer value
- Technical Excellence: Uplift other engineers and improve squad performance
- Infrastructure Ownership: Provide reliable estimates for infra tasks and improve system stability
- Delivery Leadership: Advocate for incremental delivery of value and manage time for business impact
- Mentorship: Help less experienced squadmates become better engineers through mentoring and code reviews
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building production systems from scratch
- Experience designing and operating AWS workloads and maintaining Terraform modules
- Deep experience with AWS (IAM, VPC, EC2/Lambda) and Terraform
- Flexibility and proficiency in Full-Stack development including TypeScript/React
- Strategic communication skills to explain complex architectural trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
