About the role

Responsibilities
- Independently execute and manage ERP implementation projects, with direct hands-on experience in project management
- Use your strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and refine requirements
- Analyze and design business-IT processes and automations to develop efficient, productive solutions
- Prepare feasibility, risk and ROI analyses to provide valuable insights for project strategy and decision-making
- Plan and lead workshops and presentations for clients
- Assess IT architectures and develop strategies to optimize systems and workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
- Quick learner with strong analytical thinking and high self-motivation
- Team player with a passion for challenging tasks and problem-solving
- Can-do attitude combined with an ability to see the big picture
- Fluent language skills (at least C1) in German and English
