About the role
- Designer Gráfico Pleno creating and editing impactful visual pieces for MTP's marketing campaigns. Collaborating with the marketing team and utilizing AI tools for creative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and adapt graphic assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, internal and institutional materials
- Develop professional presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint) with a focus on visual storytelling
- Create and edit motion graphics videos for campaigns, explainer videos, and digital content
- Use artificial intelligence tools to create, edit, and optimize images and videos
- Ensure visual brand consistency across all produced materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven, performance-oriented materials and run A/B tests
- Create and maintain visual libraries and design standards
- Participate in the creative process and propose innovative solutions for various business needs
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Mid-level Graphic Designer (3+ years)
- Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or equivalents such as Figma and Canva
- Experience in video creation and editing, including motion graphics
- Practical knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, DALL·E, among others
- Ability to work with brand guidelines and visual identity
- Updated portfolio with graphic assets, presentations, and videos/motion
- Preferred:
- Basic UX/UI knowledge
- Experience creating templates and scalable visual systems
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Knowledge of art direction or branding
