- Senior Property Accountant-IV preparing monthly financial statements for real estate management clients. Responsibilities include reconciling bank statements and maintaining client communications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements for commercial and residential management clients

- Post journal entries
- Analyse balance sheet and income statements for unusual activity and report to client
- Produce financial statement reports and submit to owner/management company
- Maintain open line of communication with clients at all times
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a property accountant with commercial or residential management company
- Experience using MRI Software applications a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management through written and/or verbal communication
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities
- A high degree of dependability, motivation and flexibility
- Individuals should be ready to in US Shift or US working hours
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; Masters preferred – and/or relevant qualification and/or relevant experience
