Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming requests from platform users through various communication channels
- Track requests through to resolution in accordance with internal processes
- Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
- Proactively train and guide clients in onboarding and using the platform
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by promoting the platform’s innovations
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or IT support
- Comfortable working in a digital / SaaS environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills to support, retain and persuade a range of stakeholders (operational staff, managers, executives)
- Service-oriented, proactive, with a strong customer-value mindset
- Curious, energetic and team-focused
- Fluency in French and Spanish required; English is a significant advantage
