About the role

  • Customer Support Advisor for French and Spanish markets ensuring client satisfaction on SaaS platform. Engaging with clients proactively to provide support and promote platform innovations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming requests from platform users through various communication channels
  • Track requests through to resolution in accordance with internal processes
  • Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
  • Proactively train and guide clients in onboarding and using the platform
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by promoting the platform’s innovations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or IT support
  • Comfortable working in a digital / SaaS environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to support, retain and persuade a range of stakeholders (operational staff, managers, executives)
  • Service-oriented, proactive, with a strong customer-value mindset
  • Curious, energetic and team-focused
  • Fluency in French and Spanish required; English is a significant advantage
