About the role
- Finance Analyst supporting real estate financing processes. Collaborating with clients and generating reports while ensuring compliance with policies and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of the real estate financing process (bank summary/draft, financing conditions, property data, HM and bank data)
- Assist in monitoring the financing process through its various phases
- Participate in gathering and compiling financing process data and generate relevant reports and indicators for management analysis and data presentation
- Contribute to servicing internal and external clients, negotiate terms and amounts with clients, and request documents for the financing process
- Follow up on payment collection and related matters for the financing process with financial agents, banking correspondents, municipal governments and notary offices
- Participate in and ensure that internal and external service requests/tickets are handled within the deadlines established by the company
Requirements
- Higher education (in progress or completed)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in the real estate market is desirable
