About the role
- Senior Analyst in Pavement for Motiva focused on developing standards and optimizing pavement processes. Transforming technology in pavement recovery using BIM and GIS solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support the pavement rehabilitation team in preparing standards, documents, protocols, and metrics
- Research new technologies, differentiated engineering solutions, and innovations
- Lead the Pavements area in the technological transformation of Motiva’s processes
- Monitor the physical progress of investments made in pavement rehabilitation
- Ensure an environment that optimizes interventions
- Facilitate communication between the Pavement Rehabilitation team and contractors
- Track the evolution of technological solutions adopted during the concession
- Enhance the medium- and long-term outlook for the delivery of engineering services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Familiarity with databases, Power BI, and Artificial Intelligence
- Availability to work in Sorocaba, SP - Hybrid work arrangement
- PMI and Agile project management (preferred)
- Pavement design/project preparation (preferred)
- Supervision/monitoring of pavement construction works (preferred)
