About the role

• Manager in consulting role focused on telco, media, and technology transformations at Moorhouse. Leading projects to deliver complex change to clients in the TMT sector.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a supportive and high-performing team that looks after each other, has fun and celebrates success together
• Within the Moorhouse Telco, Media and Technology (TMT) sector team, we help our clients to deliver complex transformations, deploy new infrastructure and networks, launch new products and services, and optimise operations
• Our expertise and experience have secured us places on many clients’ consultancy frameworks; and as a result, we have been involved in some of the most significant transformation programmes across the TMT sector
• To support our continued growth and success, we are looking for the very best consultants

Requirements

• 6 – 8 years’ consulting experience in the sector, or 8 years’ minimum experience of working within industry (Telco and/or Media) and wanting to move into Consulting
• Experience working in the tech, telco and/or media sector with organisations like Vodafone, BT, Virgin Media O2, Three, Sky, BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Disney
• An ability to shape and implement complex business change and transformational programmes, preferably across a wide range of expertise such as programme delivery, operating model design, digital transformation, product management, change management, service management, regulatory change, data management, AI or process improvement
• A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues
• Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders
• Leading consultant or client delivery teams on client engagements or in-house transformation teams
• Preferably a track record of contributing to sales and business development and a demonstrable network of relevant industry relationships.

• A total cash package of up to £110,000 comprising of a base salary of £82,005 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
