About the role
- Senior Tax Manager advising on national and international tax matters. Leading a team and working on diverse consulting projects within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- You advise corporations, partnerships and private individuals on national and international tax matters
- You prepare and review annual financial statements, tax returns and tax balance sheets for various company forms under the German Commercial Code (HGB); knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
- You independently and cost-efficiently manage a fixed client portfolio and ensure high-quality advice and implementation
- You support multidisciplinary consulting projects and assist in coordinating different specialist departments
- You lead a team of tax specialists and foster a constructive and motivated working atmosphere
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, economics or law, or qualification as a Diplom-Finanzwirt (FH), plus a passed tax advisor (Steuerberater) exam
- You have experience in independently managing larger client groups and work in a service-oriented manner
- A strong service mindset and client orientation shape your work and are important to you
- Your working style is characterised by entrepreneurial thinking, high motivation and solution-oriented approaches; you tackle challenges directly and with focus
- You possess strong analytical skills, a high level of commitment and act on your own initiative
- You are experienced with DATEV and the common Microsoft Office applications
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English
