- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Professional Engineer's License (PE) from the State of Ohio - required.
- Education Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET-accredited institution.
