About the role
- QA Tester ensuring the quality and reliability of services developed on .NET Core and AWS at BMP. Collaborating with developers and architects to maintain high testing standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality, reliability and traceability of platform services developed in .NET Core and with a serverless architecture on AWS
- Validate APIs, asynchronous flows, distributed integrations and file handling in S3, actively participating in the design of technical solutions from the early stages
- Collaborate with developers and architects to define acceptance criteria
- Support technical decisions from a quality perspective
- Structure automated test scenarios
- Perform analysis and mitigation of production incidents when necessary
Requirements
- Knowledge of S3 (upload, download, versioning, permissions and security best practices)
- Experience using CloudWatch and X-Ray for analyzing logs, failures and service behavior
- Understanding of software architecture (DDD, SOLID and layering)
- Experience with CI/CD, integrating automated tests into pipelines
- Root cause analysis (RCA) of production incidents
- Strong experience in functional, integration and end-to-end testing
- Validation of REST APIs, contracts (OpenAPI / Swagger / JSON Schema) and business rules
- Testing of synchronous and asynchronous flows
- Resilience testing (timeouts, retries, idempotence, dependency failures)
- Load and performance testing (k6, JMeter)
- Understanding of DTOs, validations, async/await and exception handling
- Hands-on experience testing solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS and EventBridge
- Validation of messaging, events, DLQs and reprocessing
- Familiarity with Step Functions, DynamoDB, Terraform and testing in legacy systems
- Experience in the financial sector
