About the role
- Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser optimizing store snack displays and stock while representing Mondelēz brands. Engaging with store staff and enhancing visibility of beloved snack products.
Responsibilities
- Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location (Weslaco, TX)
