About the role

  • Procurement Operations Manager at Mondelēz International overseeing procurement at a site and ensuring material availability. Managing interactions between stakeholders and sourcing teams in a hybrid work policy.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the daily procurement agenda
  • Act as the single point of contact for the procurement function
  • Manage interactions with business stakeholders and sourcing teams
  • Deliver service-level targets ensuring material availability
  • Support business continuity planning implementation
  • Activate sourcing projects and execute sourcing/spot-buying or contracting activities
  • Own the source-to-pay process compliance key indicators

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree, Masters in Supply Chain or equivalent
  • 7/10 years or more experience in Supply Chain and Procurement
  • Strong Motivation to get results
  • Good knowledge of procurement in large international companies
  • Good experience in Food Industry, Supply Chain, Operations
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing operations, models and working methods
