About the role

  • Assistant approvisionnement et support logistique pour WILLY LEISSNER, spécialisé dans la distribution de matériel électrique en Alsace et Lorraine. Assurant le soutien administratif et opérationnel des achats et du suivi des commandes.

Responsibilities

  • As part of the purchasing/procurement department, you provide administrative and operational support for purchasing and order tracking
  • Acting as a primary contact between suppliers, internal teams, and the company’s logistics center, you help ensure reliable supply, adherence to delivery deadlines, and effective handling of disputes
  • Manage and maintain supplier administrative files
  • Handle calls and inquiries related to procurement and logistics
  • Process urgent or non-automated purchases and monitor direct deliveries
  • Process order acknowledgements and supplier disputes
  • Identify and report delivery issues (delays, non-conformities, shortages, errors) to partner suppliers according to their procedures
  • Update tracking tools and ensure traceability of incidents and corrective actions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery tracking and supplier relationship management

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma (Baccalauréat) with initial experience in procurement or administration
  • Proficient with office software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, good communication, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a team
