About the role

  • Product Manager leading digital product initiatives at Mollica IT. Define product vision and manage backlog while collaborating with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Product Manager for digital products
  • Define and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization of requests based on business value and customer impact
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap, in alignment with business objectives and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap
  • Translate business requirements into user stories
  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand needs and expectations
  • Lead agile ceremonies (Planning, Review, Refinement)
  • Make strategic decisions regarding product features
  • Ensure the development team understands requirements and objectives
  • Define and track product KPIs
  • Vendor management
  • Service Management
  • Drive the full product lifecycle, from discovery and hypothesis validation to launch and optimization
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective product delivery
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data to guide decisions and improvements
  • Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships that can drive product development and adoption
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement
  • Other related responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage the backlog
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills (didactic and ability to synthesize)
  • Resilience, organization and conflict management skills
  • Proactive, organized, team-oriented and with strong interpersonal skills
  • Desired: Knowledge of Salesforce and agile management tools
  • Language: Advantage — Advanced conversational English, as there will be interaction with teams abroad (India, Italy and the USA).
