SAP HCM Consultant leading implementation and support for various SAP benefits modules. Collaborating with clients to configure and maintain efficient system processes while ensuring user engagement.
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analyses of client requirements and translate them into effective solutions using SAP best practices;
Develop and configure the system according to client specifications, ensuring process quality and efficiency;
Provide training and support to end users to ensure adoption and effective use of implemented solutions;
Configure corporate benefits: Meal Allowance, Food Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Health Insurance (with cost variation by age), Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Private Pension and other benefits;
Parameterize calculation bases: employer and employee contributions;
Define eligibility rules by category, age bracket and dependents;
Standard integration of benefits with payroll;
Configure complex rules in Customizing and maintain tables;
Prepare functional specifications and test developments for interfaces with benefits providers;
Validate calculations and adjust critical processes;
Prepare data masses and test scenarios;
Perform unit and integration tests;
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and parallel testing;
Validate ABAP developments;
Other related area routines.
Requirements
Proven experience implementing the Benefits module of SAP HCM;
Participation in end-to-end projects (from blueprint to post-go-live);
Ability to perform advanced configurations and customizations in the SAP HCM Benefits module;
Knowledge of agile methodologies (preferably SAP Activate);
Proven experience in SAP implementation projects;
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields is required;
Desirable: knowledge of flexible benefits management and market best practices;
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or SAP HCM Payroll;
SAP certifications.
