About the role

• FullStack Developer working on global tools for banking at Mollica IT. Engaging in design, development, and mentoring young developers in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on a global project focused on delivering commercial tools for a company in the banking sector;
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible web applications with a focus on high usability and performance;
• Ensure code quality through practices such as automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration;
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices and encouraging continuous learning;
• Actively participate in defining development standards, processes, and best practices;
• Perform other routine responsibilities within the area.

Requirements

• Knowledge of distributed microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, and RESTful APIs;
• Experience developing microservices using Java Spring Boot and Apache Kafka;
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript;
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React and Angular;
• Understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility, and web performance;
• Familiarity with build tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines;
• Knowledge of automated testing (Jest, Cypress, JUnit);
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (Jira and Confluence);
• Critical thinking;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Continuous learning mindset;
• Previous experience developing software in large financial institutions.
