About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into investment decision-making processes
- Conduct in-depth calculations of climate metrics, decarbonization paths
- Analyse the impact of climate changes in the portfolio of our clients
- Assist in client modelling and reporting regarding the transition to sustainable portfolio
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of investments on sustainability metrics, such as carbon emissions
- Engage with external data providers, internal teams and senior consultants to generate accurate data analysis
- Have a clear understanding of tool used and act as liaison between analysts’ team, developers and SI leads for tool improvements
- Contribute to internal training and awareness programs on sustainability and responsible investment.
Requirements
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in engineering, math, actuarial science, statistics, economics, finance, management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in investment analysis, sustainability consulting, or related roles
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level)
- Good analytical skills and ability to work through tasks in a logical manner
- Proven Project management and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with peers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Able to take ownership of your work, ensuring standards and deadlines are met and keeping others informed and up-to-date
- Able to work well under pressure, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
