Responsibilities
- Advising national and international companies on all aspects of occupational pension schemes
- Performing actuarial calculations related to company pension and other employee liabilities under German tax and commercial law as well as international accounting standards
- Handling questions related to tax and employment law in the field of occupational pensions, including providing support and advice to clients
- Preparing projection calculations and other analyses
- Participating in (client) projects as needed (e.g., restructurings, provider changes, M&A)
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in (business) mathematics (Bachelor, Master or Diploma)
- Professional experience in actuarial valuation of occupational pensions and other employee liabilities under German Income Tax Act (EStG), Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS is desirable
- Completed or ongoing actuarial qualification (DAV, IVS) is desirable
- Excellent skills in Excel and good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
- Very good German (C1) and English (C1) language skills, both written and spoken
