About the role
- Junior Claims Adjuster supporting industrial liability claims for clients in various industries. Collaborating with teams to manage and analyze damage cases across Germany.
Responsibilities
- Support in handling claims in the industrial and commercial liability segment
- Analysis of claims and review of coverage
- Communication with clients, insurers and other stakeholders
- Assistance with claim negotiations and claims management

- Ongoing professional exchange within the team and with adjacent departments
Requirements
- Completed degree in Law (jurist with at least the First State Examination, Bachelor's degree or equivalent) or vocational training relevant to the insurance industry
- Initial practical experience in claims, preferably related to liability losses
- Initial professional experience at an insurance broker is desirable
- Strong interest in the insurance industry—particularly in the industrial/commercial sector and in claims/claims management
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Confident use of MS Office
- Strong communication skills, team orientation and a structured, solution-focused way of working
- Willingness to learn and motivation to develop professionally
