Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team
- Focus on assessing organizational performance against budgets and long-term strategy

- Establish annual objectives, manage long-term budget planning and cost control
- Automate processes and develop ongoing financial reports
- Collaborate with the MMA regional finance team on forecasting, budgeting, and related initiatives
- Prepare regular financial analytics, track producer recognition program calculations
- Provide strategic and tactical recommendations based on financial analysis
- Assist with financial statement preparation, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Serve as the escalation point for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Significant experience in or knowledge of accounting
- CPA and/or MBA (additional qualifications are a plus but not required)
- Insurance industry or professional services experience (additional qualifications are a plus but not required)
