About the role

  • Construction Schedule Manager leading project scheduling for semiconductor construction projects at Micron Technology. Overseeing detailed project schedules for large-scale FAB construction with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Project Scheduling for Micron’s Global and Regional teams
  • Develop and implement CPM-based scheduling strategies using industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6
  • Manage and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Conduct schedule reviews and communicate updates to collaborators
  • Collaborate multi-functionally with teams in Facilities, Construction, Procurement, Operations, IT, and Manufacturing
  • Support in crafting cost and schedule estimates
  • Provide global program support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale industrial or semiconductor construction projects
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and integration with project management platforms
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with experience in risk mitigation and schedule optimization
