Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic quality plan aligned with customer requirements, corporate objectives, and regulatory standards

Requirements
15+ years of quality leadership experience in high-tech, complex manufacturing environments
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, physics, or related technical field; Master’s preferred
Proven record of leading quality transformations
Strong strategic, technical, and business acumen
Exceptional communication and change management skills
Ability to balance strategic vision with direct execution
Experience designing global quality organizations
Identifying, evaluating, and managing risks to ensure quality standards are met
Expertise in ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, and regulatory compliance
