About the role

• UI/UX Product Designer responsible for creating exceptional user experiences. Collaborating with clients and teams to deliver design solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients throughout the design process and gather the information needed to properly kick off projects.
• Produce design deliverables while respecting project goals and constraints: user flows, schematic wireframes, proofs of concept, rapid prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, animations, etc.
• Incorporate accessibility from the start to ensure inclusive experiences for all users.
• Use artificial intelligence to accelerate content creation: wireframes, user flows, visuals, copy, and interactive prototypes.
• Present and explain your work to clients and colleagues, clarifying the reasons behind your design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and the research team to define products and develop their long-term vision.
• Participate in user testing, analyze results, and measure product performance with the research team.
• Work closely with developers to bring web and mobile applications to life.
• Support business development through estimates, proposals, and client presentations.
• Manage your time and priorities across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital product design.
• Excellent spoken and written French and English to communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility principles and a solid understanding of AI fundamentals, with the ability to identify how AI can transform our products and processes.
• A contagious enthusiasm for design: you enjoy sharing insights with colleagues and collaborating across diverse projects.
• Passionate about digital solutions of all kinds and committed to building high-quality products.
• Proactive and self-directed; you enjoy exploring beyond static mockups.
• Comfortable using and learning design tools on macOS (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Interested in expanding your skills in sound design, animation, user research, testing, or other areas that excite you.
