About the role

• Lead Technical role at Minsait, focusing on data engineering, ETL processes, and software architecture. Collaborate on strategic projects in a high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project activities with the business areas, understanding and documenting each process for every business area.
• Develop and lead the project's technical strategy, including software architecture; supervise software development to ensure it meets the highest quality standards. Requires knowledge of the Lakehouse platform and how to unify data, AI and analytics within Databricks, including its Lakehouse architecture.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Data Engineering, with experience in ETL (Extract, Transform and Load), orchestration of batch and real-time data pipelines, and large-scale data processing with Apache Spark.
• Familiarity with languages such as Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis in the Databricks environment. Knowledge of data governance on the Databricks platform, including management of the Unity Catalog, and experience integrating Databricks with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure or GCP), especially services such as BigQuery, Dataflow and Pub/Sub.
• Completed higher education.
• Preferred: certifications in the field.
