Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and understand functional and non-functional requirements
- Plan, create, and execute manual test cases
- Perform functional, exploratory, and regression testing
- Test REST and SOAP APIs
- Validate integrations between systems
- Log, track, and report defects clearly and concisely
- Support the development team in failure analysis and fixes
- Perform simple database queries to validate data
- Participate in agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review, and retrospective)
- Ensure the quality of deliverables according to defined standards
Requirements
- Manual testing
- Creation and execution of test cases
- Experience with functional, exploratory, and regression testing
- Strong experience with REST and/or SOAP
- Tools: Postman, Insomnia, and/or Swagger
- Simple database queries and operations
- Knowledge of Java
