Responsibilities
- Audience segmentation for campaigns, evaluation of results, and measurement of actions.
- Generate datasets for communication via social media.
- Creation and maintenance of reports and CV indicators.

- Creation and maintenance of Journeys in Salesforce (Cards BU).
- Maintenance of data imports from Hive/Teradata into Salesforce.
Requirements
- Knowledge of data manipulation and extraction tools such as SAS, SQL, Teradata.
- Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel for data consolidation, analysis, and report creation.
- Ability to interpret KPIs.
- Familiarity with lifecycle concepts and the customer journey.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau: data visualization and dashboard building.
- Knowledge of HTML.
- Experience with multichannel campaigns: understanding communication strategies via RCS, SMS, PUSH, and Email.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud:
- - Creation of automations (Automation Studio).
- - Publishing messages and HTMLs.
- - Use of AMPscript for content personalization.
- - Creation and maintenance of journeys (Journey Builder).
- Technical English for reading documents.
