About the role

  • Managing the details of day-to-day operations

  • Maintaining website updates, social media, videos/pictures, etc.
  • Creating and distributing bi-annual newsletters, marketing materials, and annual reports.
  • Maintaining databases for alumni and contacts for CSCE initiatives.
  • Maintaining financial records of giving accounts, invoices for CSCE partners, and tracking spending
  • Managing reimbursement of expenses for travel, student organization events, hosting, etc.
  • Providing support for programming and event management for programs such as the Supply Chain Roundtable, case competitions, student organization events, Supply Chain Executive Speaker series, class speakers among others.
  • Assisting CSCE Director with travel planning and hosting alumni, Corporate Partners, donors, etc.; and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, communications or closely related disciplines or 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in coordinating numerous different projects at one time
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and operations management
  • Understanding of executive level outreach and fundraising activities
  • Willingness to work some irregular hours including evenings and weekends for special events.
