Requirements
- Experience in Operations with a focus on continuous improvement and process automation in credit products or SaaS technology;
- Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices;
- Ability to develop thorough studies, reports and analyses;
- Strong command of operational indicators, performance metrics, KPIs and OKRs;
- Intermediate SQL;
- Intermediate Python for data and process automation;
- Data visualization tools (Superset, Metabase, Tableau);
- Clear and collaborative communication with strong cross-team coordination;
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights;
- Problem-solving orientation and structured decision-making skills;
- Adaptability and quick learning in dynamic environments;
- Interest in artificial intelligence applied to processes and productivity.
