About the role
- Senior FP&A Analyst in a fintech focused on improving credit access in Brazil. Responsibilities include monthly results closing and strategic decision involvement in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly close of results by area and prepare variance analyses;
- Monitor and analyze costs and expenses, proposing improvements and efficiency initiatives;
- Produce financial reports and results presentations for the executive team and leadership;
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process together with business areas;
- Design and review expense allocation processes, cost apportionments, cost centers, etc.;
- Act as a strategic partner to business units;
- Actively participate in the company’s strategic decisions;
- Dynamic, collaborative environment with a focus on excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Experience in financial planning, FP&A, or controllership;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools is a plus;
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.);
- Analytical, proactive profile with strong interpersonal communication skills.
