About the role
- Supply Analyst in the Supply Team managing contracts and supplier relations for construction projects across Brazil. Supporting procurement and project development with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Support sourcing and development of new suppliers and specialized services related to construction and projects throughout Brazil;
- Contract designers and suppliers for site inspections nationwide;
- Manage supply contracts, including issuance, signature tracking (follow-up), monitoring contract terms and amendments, always aligned with the Legal department;
- Issue purchase orders and contracts in the ERP system, ensuring correct recording and traceability of operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Civil/Production Engineering, Architecture, or related fields;
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite;
- Preferred: Experience in the area; experience in construction project management companies is a plus;
- Knowledge of the TOTVS platform;
- Knowledge of the Tecsocial platform.
