State Support & Marketing Officer for Total Tools & Hardware Group responsible for marketing support and initiatives. Managing store launches and enhancing customer engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute local area marketing (LAM) initiatives and 12-month store marketing plans
Coordinate store launches, loyalty programs and multi-channel campaigns (social, EDMs, flyers, press, radio)
Support business events including regional meetings, member training, Expo and NAC
Conduct store visits with BDMs to deliver training and build relationships
Act as State trainer for the GUS system and support store adoption
Prepare professional reports, presentations and communications
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand standards and shared promotional opportunities
Support BDMs and manage state marketing committee initiatives
Requirements
FMCG or related industry experience
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
Experience influencing, negotiating and conducting sales conversations
Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities
Confidence using Microsoft Suite, Canva and operational systems
A customer-centric, solutions-focused mindset
