About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of process mining initiatives using Celonis from data extraction and transformation to dashboard creation and insight generation.
- Build and maintain data models in Celonis, integrating data from SAP and other systems.
- Design and implement automated workflows and alerts within Celonis to support operational teams in proactive decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define objectives, align on KPIs, and prioritise improvement initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of process mining and automation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation by identifying emerging technologies and trends relevant to process optimisation.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in process mining, automation, and enterprise systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certifications in Celonis, SAP, Salesforce, or automation platforms
- Experience working in multinational environments
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
