Responsibilities
Content Management: You will maintain and optimize our international websites, e-commerce platforms and product presentations.
Email Marketing: You will assist in planning, creating and analyzing newsletter campaigns.
CRM: You will maintain customer data in the CRM system.
Social Media: You will create, schedule and evaluate international social media content.
Performance Marketing: You will support the creation and analysis of advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta).
Market & Competitor Analysis: You will assist with research and benchmarking of international markets.
Print Materials: You will contribute to the creation and ordering of brochures, flyers, trade fair materials and promotional items.
Project Assistance: You will support ongoing marketing and digital projects.
Requirements
You are enrolled in Media Studies, Business Administration, Business Communication or a related field with a specialization in Marketing, Sales or E‑Commerce.
You have initial experience working with content management systems (e.g., Contentful, Shopware), ad managers (e.g., Meta, Google), AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva) and analytics/monitoring tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
You have a strong aesthetic sense for marketing materials and a good feel for modern web technologies and trends.
You work precisely, independently and solution‑oriented, and you keep an overview even in complex situations.
You have excellent communication skills, a strong command of language and high confidence in text production.
You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of Polish is an advantage.
