About the role

  • Videomaker / Editor de Vídeo focused on creating high performance video ads for digital campaigns. Working with marketing teams for platforms like Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit videos focused on high-performance ads for Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Develop creative assets adapted to different formats and platforms
  • Produce short, dynamic, conversion-oriented videos
  • Test different creative approaches (hooks, storytelling, quick cuts, motion, captions, etc.)
  • Adapt and optimize existing content for paid traffic campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, and performance teams
  • Participate in developing creative concepts for digital campaigns
  • Edit creators' content, UGC, and in-house footage for ads

Requirements

  • Proven experience editing videos for paid media
  • Proficiency with editing tools such as Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
  • Knowledge of formats and best practices for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads
  • Ability to create short videos with high impact in the first seconds (hooks)
  • Understanding of storytelling for ads and audience retention
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work location: Campinas, SP, Brazil
