About the role
- SAP HCM Developer optimizing and digitalizing HR processes with clients through workshops and implementations. Designing and enhancing SAP applications and solutions in HR context.
Responsibilities
- Optimization and digitalization of HR processes together with our clients and the team
- Designing and implementing custom and SAP-standard applications and extensions
- Facilitating workshops and developing concepts to shape effective solutions
- Learning and working with modern approaches such as Design Thinking, Scrum, etc.
- Acquiring new projects and clients as part of (pre-)sales activities
- Leading and coordinating projects according to your strengths and interests
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- Fluent German skills; good English skills are an advantage
- You bring professional experience in the SAP HCM environment
- Strong knowledge of ABAP and UI5, as well as the associated technologies and architectures
- Good understanding of HCM data structures and modules
- You demonstrate curiosity, a confident presence, responsibility, service orientation, and customer focus
- You are willing to travel occasionally to client sites to work on-site (or to meet the wider team)
- Desirable: Experience with cloud SAP architectures and tools such as BTP, BAS, etc.
- You have an agile mindset and experience with agile project methods (e.g., Scrum)
