Responsibilities
- Senior Leader, developing a high-performing team across operating and capital expenditure, payroll, and travel.
- Duties may span other areas of the accounting and finance business.
- Ensure strong financial governance, robust controls, and compliance with Group policies and accounting standards.
- Provide expert advice on expenditure treatment, capitalisation, and payroll compliance.
- Oversee accurate and timely accounting and reporting of all operating and capital expenditures.
- Own financial outcomes for relevant P&L and balance sheet lines.
- Partner across the business to support decision-making and ensure financial outcomes reflect business activity.
- Identify and implement process, system, and workflow improvements across both the function, and the broader finance team.
- Assist preparation for internal and external audits related to operating expenditure, capital expenditure, payroll, and travel.
- Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and long-term forecasting.
Requirements
- CPA, CMA, CA or equivalent essential
- 3+ years in a Finance leadership role, experience managing dispersed teams is desirable.
- Proven record with business partnering to improve finance processes across all business units
- Excellent understanding of finances within the technology space
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
