About the role
- Business Strategist supporting debt recovery operations by analyzing data and optimizing strategies. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance efficiency and performance in collections.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of collection agencies, identifying opportunities, bottlenecks and trends.
- Develop and review recovery strategies by portfolio, segmentation, customer profile and debt stage.
- Monitor collection KPIs (promise to pay, RPC, conversion, aging, allocation, effectiveness, etc.).
- Support decisions on portfolio allocation and the mix of strategies by delinquency stage.
- Prepare studies, reports and dashboards on performance, delinquent-customer behavior and the effectiveness of collection flows.
- Structure predictive analyses and simple prioritization/propensity models in partnership with the data team, when applicable.
- Conduct A/B tests on strategies and channels, validating impact and proposing improvements.
- Act as the strategic alignment contact with collection agencies.
- Monitor SLAs, agreements, business rules and compliance with processes.
- Lead performance meetings with internal and external partners.
- Document rules, processes, allocation criteria and collection policies.
- Identify operational risks and propose corrective actions.
- Support projects to optimize systems, workflows and collection tools.
Requirements
- Experience working in data squads or multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with dialer tools, collections CRM or multichannel systems.
- Knowledge of data analysis.
