About the role
- IT Business Analyst providing support and executing technology deployments for healthcare in EMEA. Driving stakeholder engagement and ensuring optimal use of PCS technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide support, drive and execute together with Countries and DST regional team PCS technology deployments
- Drive continued stakeholder engagement to ensure optimal use and integration of PCS technology
- Create in alignment with regional PCS strategy, manage and execute regional deployment plans
- Help DST team and commercial teams to define account workflows to enable transition and adoption of tablets
- Provide post deployment technical support to country champions and regional DST team
- Maintain data integrity for the regional programmer pool
- Close collaboration with EurAsia PCS Strategic Marketing Lead
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in an IT Consultancy, Implementation, or IT Support role
- ideally with experience working within a healthcare environment
- Good common understanding of IT Infrastructure, Security and Data Privacy requirements in a regulated environment
- Training experience of non-technical & technical users
- Bachelor’s degree or similar education
- Nice to have: Experience using CRM-systems and Service Support platforms
