About the role

• Risk Management Analyst managing corporate risk at Unimed, focusing on mitigation and internal control processes. Supporting team collaboration and risk culture dissemination.

Responsibilities

• Professional working in Corporate Risk Management, responsible for identifying, analyzing and mitigating risks, supporting business areas in the design and monitoring of internal controls.
• Identify, analyze and classify corporate risks based on the area’s risk dictionaries and methodologies;
• Assess internal processes and support Unimed do Brasil business areas in designing necessary controls to mitigate risks;
• Monitor internal control activities in accordance with the company’s risk appetite;
• Deliver trainings and presentations on Corporate Risk Management, promoting the GRC culture across the organization;
• Prepare documents, manuals and templates that support risk identification and treatment, for internal use and for Unimeds within the system;
• Prepare spreadsheets and presentations with results and critical analyses of the work performed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed);
• Knowledge of risk management regulations from ANS, SUSEP or BACEN;
• Knowledge of COSO and ISO 31000 frameworks;
• Experience in risk management (identification and assessment);
• Experience in process mapping;
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills;
• Knowledge of internal control testing.
• The following will be considered a plus:
• Postgraduate degree;
• Experience in the Healthcare sector or within the Unimed system.
