About the role
- Quality Assurance Lead responsible for safeguarding product quality at Medserv through comprehensive testing and automation frameworks. Collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a comprehensive testing approach across unit, integration, system, regression, and UAT phases.
- Develop detailed test plans for features, releases, and projects.
- Maintain and update regression test suites to ensure coverage aligns with ongoing development.
- Select, implement, and maintain robust test automation frameworks.
- Build and optimize CI/CD test pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
- Conduct manual exploratory testing where automation is not feasible.
- Perform performance, load, and security testing as required.
- Partner with Product Owners to define clear acceptance criteria.
- Mentor developers on writing effective unit and integration tests.
- Track and analyze key quality metrics such as defect density, escaped defects, test coverage, and automation pass rates.
